August 11-17th 2007

A great cosy & comfortable place for the Chamberlain clan reunion.  An amazing peep into the glorious peaks.  Thanks for your warm hospitality, yet unintrusive approach. ( visitors from London and USA met here!

A fabulous weekend in a truly gorgeous spot.  Looking forward to coming back next year...

Another great long weekend at Dove Valley Centre.  We'll be back again next spring!

Avril, Emily (2), Steve, Michelle, Rhianne (6 months), Kirstie and Nicki

Our first international visitors.

A nice landscape- many fine walks - too much to see in 2 weeks and only 4 days of bad weather. Thanks for your kindness from your first German visitors.

    Gite Wolff and family

A beautiful little hideaway in the valley.  We ( 8 of us) had the most chilled out and relaxing time away from the stresses of busy lives. Thank you for the wine and cheese- a lovely touch. We would love to come back in the summer.  Thanks for providing a home from home.

    Debbie and pals

With 8 adults and 6 children and 2 guinea pigs, we shattered your peace and still you were kind, pleasant and caring and extremely helpful. We loved the place, the walks and the wildlife, with bats and birds nesting just by us.  Had a great reunion with friends. Elizabeth thanks you for the loan of your special Ted for her visit to the hospital Thanks again.

Cath, Clive and all the gang

Flowers, flowers everywhere people always stop and stare.

The pitter patter of the rain makes the flowers bloom again.

I wrote this poem myself at school and it makes me think of the valley.  I have had a HOLIDAY!

Another great pre Christmas weekend, Great setting, good walking and fantastic fish and chips with a free magic show at the Cheshire Cheese in Longnor.
